Gold Packages
Our gold package entitles you to 3 training and advice sessions per week with up to 2 or 3 different health and fitness professionals. (Subject to availability). It is not usual to chop and change trainers, as it is necessary to build a rapport aimed at remodelling your lifestyle. Intimacy remains the best policy in the early stages of training. Our gold package is recommended to those who are starting up but consider themselves in reasonable shape. Also clients that are returning to training after a lay off period and need to adapt back in to a training lifestyle. We recommend one on one training with a personal trainer that you feel totally comfortable with in especially during the initial stages of your training.
